In a group of four, I contributed to the design of a custom CNC soldering machine capable of traversing a horizontal plane to accurately solder electrical components onto a PCB.
Our innovative approach utilized polar coordinates and featured a circular base plate to securely hold the PCB in position during operation.
This project had a different form of reporting as it was done through 6 weekly homework reports and a final presentation which has working videos of the design. The reports have been put at the top of the GitHub repository with the SolidWorks design files. As the Presentation is bigger than GitHub's file size limit it has been uploaded to Google Drive
